Hey everybody...

So I am getting better at this blogging thing. I am actually working on our huge open house season set for this Spring. Last October, we held 14 open houses in about 5 weeks. It was CRAZY but to quote Demitri Martin, it was Crazy Awesome. So anyway, we are super charged up about the buyers getting off the fence with the $8000 enticement offered by Uncle Sam (click here for a link to CNN's summary. Did you know that the state of Georgia is working on a $15,000 enticement for people to buy foreclosures? I will be posting more as I learn more and posting links too. I am planning on some cool ideas coming around for buyers and sellers, so stay tuned as my brainstorms turn into reality!
